​KAYLA WILLIAMSEN
PT, DPT, OWNER, Cert. DN, ASTYM, LSVT

Kayla was born and raised in Gillette and is now back to help better her home town community!  Kayla graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2010 from the University of North Dakota.  After college, she moved to Arizona and was blessed with many experiences treating geriatrics, sports injuries, worker's comp, and pre & post operation orthopedics.  Kayla has a passion for working with people and strives to see them better.  She is certified in Dry Needling, SFMA- functional movement assessments, the LSVT BIG program for Parkinson's and balance, level 1 pelvic floor certification, and in ASTYM; a specialized treatment for soft tissue injuries.  She has taken extensive continuing education coursework in the treatment for shoulders, knees, spine, and vestibular/vertigo.  When not at work, she loves the outdoors and fitness, and enjoys spending her time with family and friends.

CHAD WILLIAMSEN
OWNER

Chad, also a Campbell County High School Graduate, has a degree in golf course management and has expertise in the biomechanics and anatomy of the golf swing.  Chad loves to teach from novice to experts how to better their golf game!  When Chad isn't working he loves motorcross, camping, and the great outdoors!

SYDNEY GRUNTMEIR

PT, DPT, LSVT

Sydney was born and raised in Buffalo, Wy and attended the University of Wyoming where she received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion in 2017. She then adventured to the University of Colorado in Denver where she graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2020. She is happy to be living in Wyoming and is passionate about providing the best care to patients of all ages and health status. Sydney enjoys treating a variety of diagnoses, but particularly is passionate about treating spine health, orthopedics, return to work/sport function, and post-surgical conditions. Sydney is ASTYM certified, level 1 dry needling certified (upper extremity and face/jaw) and has taken continuing education in pediatric bowel and bladder conditions such as constipation,
bed wetting, and incontinence. When not at work she enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, and adventuring with her husband, Cody, and her two dogs, Waffles and Fry.

DANIELLE GRAY
PTA, ASTYM

Danielle was born and raised in Gillette before adventuring to Cheyenne, WY where she graduated with an Associates of Applied Science, Physical Therapist Assistant at Laramie County Community College. Her passion is working with pelvic health, women’s health, pregnancy, and post-partum care. She is level 2 certified in women, men, and children pelvic health and is working toward her specialty certification. In conjunction to pelvic health, she enjoys working with any hip, pelvis, and low back pain or dysfunction. She also enjoys treating orthopedic rehab and post-surgical rehab, geriatrics, and sport prevention and injury recovery. Danielle finds joy watching patients progress and improve their quality of life during their therapy journey. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her husband and two children, helping on the family ranch, hunting, and fishing.

BECKY REARDON

PHYSICAL THERAPYASSISTANT

Becky was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming where she met and married her husband, Bryan. After moving all over the country for her husband’s military career they settled in Buffalo, Wyoming. Becky earned her A.S Athletic Training from Sheridan College in 2021 and went on to pursue her A.S Physical Therapist Assistant from Clarkson College in Omaha, Nebraska graduating in 2022. Becky has a passion for working with older adults and maintaining their independence for as long as possible. When she is not working, she can be found spending time with her family camping, fishing, or relaxing in the mountains.
