​KAYLA WILLIAMSEN
PT, DPT, OWNER, Cert. DN, ASTYM, LSVT

Kayla is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and owner of Momentum Physical Therapy in Gillette, Wyoming.  Born and raised in Gillette, she returned to her hometown after earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota in 2010.  Throughout her career, she has gained comprehensive experience treating orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, work-related injuries, geriatric populations, and pre- and post-surgical patients.  Kayla is committed to helping individuals improve their quality of life through evidence-based, patient-centered care.  She has pursued advanced training and certifications in Dry Needling, ASTYM soft tissue treatment, LSVT BIG for Parkinson’s disease and balance disorders, pelvic health rehabilitation, and functional movement assessment.  She has also has extensive continuing education in the treatment of spine, shoulder, knee, vestibular, and balance disorders.  As a business owner and physical therapist, Kayla is passionate about providing personalized care while fostering a welcoming, family-oriented environment for her patients and community. Outside the clinic, she enjoys running, golfing, outdoor activities, and spending time with her husband, son, and two dogs.

CHAD WILLIAMSEN
OWNER

Chad, also a Campbell County High School Graduate, has a degree in golf course management and has expertise in the biomechanics and anatomy of the golf swing.  Chad loves to teach from novice to experts how to better their golf game!  When Chad isn't working he loves motorcross, camping, and the great outdoors!

DANIELLE GRAY
PTA, ASTYM

Danielle was born and raised in Gillette before adventuring to Cheyenne, WY where she graduated with an Associates of Applied Science, Physical Therapist Assistant at Laramie County Community College. Her passion is working with pelvic health, women’s health, pregnancy, and post-partum care. She is level 2 certified in women, men, and children pelvic health and is working toward her specialty certification. In conjunction to pelvic health, she enjoys working with any hip, pelvis, and low back pain or dysfunction. She also enjoys treating orthopedic rehab and post-surgical rehab, geriatrics, and sport prevention and injury recovery. Danielle finds joy watching patients progress and improve their quality of life during their therapy journey. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her husband and two children, helping on the family ranch, hunting, and fishing.

KARI KINSOLVING
PT, DPT, Cert. DN

Kari was born and raised in Gillette where she grew up with a love for the outdoors and sports. Kari received her Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from the University of Wyoming, then pursued her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Jamestown in 2020. After college she explored Colorado, Utah and New Mexico and is excited to be back in Wyoming. Kari has a passion for helping others achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. She enjoys working with geriatrics, sports injuries, neurological conditions, pre and post orthopedic operations. She is certified in Dry Needling and has taken additional continuing education courses focusing on manual interventions, functional lifting, and pain education. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends, loves the outdoors and attending sporting events.

STEPHANIE BARKER
PTA

Stephanie is a Wyoming native who grew up in Cheyenne. She became interested in physical therapy and the healing properties of movement after completing her first yoga teacher training in 2019. She began working as a PT tech and found that she absolutely enjoys working with patients and helping them meet their physical therapy goals. In 2025 she graduated with her Associate of Applied Science, Physical Therapist Assistant from Laramie County Community College. Stephanie is excited to be a new addition to Momentum Physical Therapy and the Gillette community. She is always curious and looking forward to the challenge of continuously learning and growing to better serve patients and the community. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, teaching yoga, hiking, and music.

GINA LA TULIPE
PT, MPT

Gina La Tulipe’s expertise centers on orthopedics, manual therapy, joint and soft tissue mobilization, therapeutic exercise, and Craniosacral Therapy (Levels I & II). With nearly three decades as a Physical Therapist, Gina’s career has taken her across the country with experience in outpatient clinics in California, Texas, and eastern and western Wyoming. Gina’s background has included working in diverse settings including inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, outpatient care, sports medicine, and neurological rehabilitation. She has also served as a Director of Rehabilitation for outpatient clinics, leading teams and shaping patient care strategies. After she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology, graduating with honors, from the University of Delaware, where she was also a NCAA Division I swimmer, she went on to complete her Master of Physical Therapy at the same institution. Passionate about manual therapy for the spine, pelvis, and all other areas of the body, she thrives on working with diverse patient populations and fostering a positive healing environment. Her clinical skills have been shaped not only by her experience in manual therapy but by educating her patients as well through their rehabilitation. Gina is inspired by Dr. John Upledger’s belief that, "We need to connect with each person’s inner wisdom about their self-healing process." She embraces the philosophy that our bodies naturally seek homeostasis and creates a supportive environment where healing and progress can flourish. In her free time, Gina enjoys spending time with her family, reading, ice skating, hiking, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.
