​KAYLA WILLIAMSEN
PT, DPT, OWNER, Cert. DN, ASTYM, LSVT

Kayla was born and raised in Gillette and is now back to help better her home town community!  Kayla graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2010 from the University of North Dakota.  After college, she moved to Arizona and was blessed with many experiences treating geriatrics, sports injuries, worker's comp, and pre & post operation orthopedics.  Kayla has a passion for working with people and strives to see them better.  She is certified in Dry Needling, the LSVT BIG program for Parkinson's and balance and in ASTYM; a specialized treatment for soft tissue injuries.  She has taken extensive continuing education coursework in the treatment for shoulders, knees, spine, and vestibular/vertigo.  When not at work, she loves the outdoors and fitness, and enjoys spending her time with family and friends.

CHAD WILLIAMSEN
OWNER

Chad, also a Campbell County High School Graduate, has a degree in golf course management and has expertise in the biomechanics and anatomy of the golf swing.  Chad loves to teach from novice to experts how to better their golf game!  When Chad isn't working he loves motorcross, camping, and the great outdoors!

JAMIE HENDRYX

PT, DPT, LSVT, ASTYM

Jamie is a Wyoming native who has called Campbell County home for over a decade.  After graduating from University of Puget Sound in 2005 with a doctorate in  physical therapy Jamie practiced in an array of different areas including outpatient orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics and acute care. She has taken continuing education courses ranging from TEACCH for autism to Falls and Balance. She is ASTYM and LSVT certified.  In her off time Jamie enjoys the outdoors, hot yoga, and spending time with her husband and four step-daughters.

DANIELLE GRAY
PTA

Danielle was born and raised in Gillette before adventuring to Cheyenne, WY where she graduated with an Associate of Applied Science, Physical Therapist Assistant at Laramie County Community College. She enjoys working with a wide variety of patients and areas including orthopedics, geriatrics, sport injuries, spine injuries, and balance deficits. Danielle’s passion is seeing the progression of patients from the beginning to the end of their journey through physical therapy. She is very excited and blessed to be coming back to her hometown to make an impact on the community as a PTA. On her time off she enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and working on the ranch with her husband and family.

 

 

 

MIKE WASSON
FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR

Mike is a retired Campbell County school teacher and coach that has a need to stay busy and active.  He loves to socialize with people and promote an active lifestyle with weightlifting and cardio.  He enjoys filling his time with family, watching sports, golfing and fishing.

 

 

 

NATASHA NICOL

FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR/ PT TECHNICIAN

Natasha was born and raised in Washington State where she spent a majority of her life before moving to Gillette with her husband and kids in June of 2019. She is enthusiastic to start her new job as an office coordinator/PT Technician at Momentum PT, and looks forward to meeting new people and creating new friends. In her spare time, Natasha loves to read, travel, and watch her kids play soccer.

SAM COSTELLO

PT TECHNICIAN

Sam was born and raised in Gillette.  He graduated high school in 2016 and is now pursuing his general education at Gillette College before moving on to a university.  He loves helping achieve people's goals and takes pride in other's accomplishments.  Sam's hobbies include golfing, playing guitar, and spending time with family and friends.

 

FALESHA ROGERS

PT TECHNICIAN

Falesha was born and raised as a Michigan girl but moved to Gillette shortly after graduating with the love of her life.  She spent 10 years managing her household and raising tiny humans.  Falesha is at Momentum to broaden her knowledge and get back to being her "own person".  She enjoys the outdoors and riding with her family at any time possible!
 

 

BRIANNA WRIGHT

PT TECHNICIAN

Brianna is from Wisconsin! She is a born and raised Green Bay Packer fan! She is excited to be part of the Momentum team and looks forward to helping people. In her spare time, Brianna loves hanging out with her daughter and loved ones and going fishing!

SARAH KRAMER

PT TECHNICIAN

Sarah was raised in Gillette, Wyoming and graduated from Campbell County High School. She chose physical therapy because she enjoys helping people triumph over their physical needs. She started her studies at Dixie State University for physical therapy and plans to continue her education.
